I booked a hotel for my son’s Army BCT graduation to give him a luxury experience after his 10 weeks in training. There was no water pressure, the shower never got hot, the pillows were horrible and flat, and the hotel had no amenities. For nearly $400 per night and a 3 night stay I would have expected more than a $10 coffee voucher.

The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous however, the room left much to be desired. The room was very hot, the furniture was extremely worn, and the bed was unbelievably stiff. The price of this room was solely based on its location. 7/10.

Our room had trash behind the door to the bedroom. (Previous occupants travel receipts. There were pubic hairs in the bathroom, shower. Thick dust on light fixtures and picture in the bathroom. Smell of stale old ladies in the hallway of the 2nd floor. The receptionist when we checked in was unfriendly at best, and the kid at the desk the following morning wasn’t attentive or even look up from his phone. The receptionist at check out was a delight. We’ve stayed at previous at Graduate Hotels, but this was not good. Lipstick on an ugly hotel.

I'm really glad I spent a pretty penny on staying here cause it's worth every cent. From the moment I stepped into the hotel the staff were friendly and my room was comfortable. Seriously, the staff are always so courteous and helpful every time I had a question. And the room, my gosh the decor in this room is better than the pictures. The only minor nitpick was getting into the parking garage, but as mentioned earlier the staff were kind and patient with me, really appreciate it. Highly recommend the Graduate, it's worth the money and I'd stay here again if I travel to Columbia!

I loved the motif of this hotel. It was so colorful and fun. The bed was so comfortable and it was so quiet we slept in every morning (which we never do)! We did not get daily maid service. Perhaps we were supposed to ask for it. We also asked for our safe to be fixed and were not told until day 4 that it was not fixable and they are discontinuing that service. The front desk and bar staff were super friendly and accommodating! Overall, a great experience and we would stay again.
