"Very clean and modern, with great views and excellent facilities. The pool area and oceanfront are straight out of a Corona Beer commercial. The people were very friendly and helpful. Be prepared for traffic on A1A, but it never became frustrating. Great restaurants on the ocean, fishing, wave riders, kayaking. The unit was spacious and well laid out. An added bonus is the Osprey family nesting 100 yards away on a light pole. We enjoyed watching the parents bringing food to the chicks. The property managers were very responsive and helpful, We will return if it is available next year."

"We LOVED the Grey Lady and Mangrove Marina. Like another reviewer stated - location, location, location, which is why I picked this particular houseboat for my husband and I. It sits at the end of the marina with unobstructed views. I only have a few minor complaints. 1) I did not receive any communication regarding the check in process. We arrived at the marina around 4:30 pm and had to call the phone number listed in VRBO to find out how to check in. 2) there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener on the boat that did not go away even with windows open and lastly the TVs did not work. Again, these were minor annoyances. If you have a group or kids, I would recommend bringing games/activities as there were none on the boat-comparing to other VRBOs. Also I did not find any extra blankets for chilly weather. There is plenty of refrigerator space. No stove or oven. Hot plates for cooking and a basic amount of utensils. We would totally stay here again. We loved the community gathering spot with a giant fire pit, bar, food truck and heated pool. Everyone was very friendly and the location was great. "

"Within an hour of arrival our kids were asking if we could stay in the same house next time….sure kids whatever you want. House is conveniently located 1-2 blocks right off US HWY 1. At the end of the street in hwy 1 is a great outdoor restaurant Lido 73…great food and atmosphere. A strip mall with a Win Dixie and a great breakfast spot “Over Easy” is about a 1/4 mile down the road. We went to Key West which is a 2 hour beautiful drive. We also went to Everglades City which is also about 2 hours away. The house is great. The back yard was a great hang out area …..I think our kids enjoyed the pool more than anything in the Keys….we’re in the Everglades hanging out with alligators and they just want to go home and swim …Located on a canal …..We found tarpon every night. A nurse shark swam by ….and one night 2 manatees swam by…..great spot to have a drink and see what swims by There are 4 clean rooms. Our master bedroom was comfortable. The mattress and pillows were comfy …I slept well. The in suite shower could use a little more pressure ….other than that no problems. The kitchen had everything we needed "
