I was very happy with my stay and has been recommending it to all my friends who has upcoming trip to Florence. All staff were pleasant especially the one who checked us in-didnt catch his name- went above and beyond our expectations. Having a convenient refreshing center during your trip is a great extra and the entire hotel is beautifully decorated by the artist who owns the place. Highly recommended.

On top floor so room beside communal breakfast/lounge area meant room could be noisy at times of other guests outside room in evening- not really an issue for us.
