"We enjoyed our stay. The rooms have been renovated and decorated with charm. The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. We stayed in a second floor room. The heater works well but when it cycles on and off the temperature in the room fluctuates. We loved the energy and vibe particularly in the bar/restaurant area. The employees were friendly. We will stay again at HCML. "

"We really liked the service provided by Jenny our server at Woodlands for breakfast. She was pleasant, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Thank you Jenny we appreciate it. The only problem we had was a clogged toilet that we had called front desk around 530 and 3 hours later when we returned to our room it was not fixed. We had to use the restrooms in the lobby and call front desk again and it was finally fixed at 945pm"

"On Route 66! Room was a typical hotel room. Comfy bed. Water pressure wasn’t great. The guest in the room next to me was outside smoking and coughing half the night. Cigarette smoke came through heating unit. Otherwise, the staff made the overall stay excellent. Friendly, polite and informative. "

"I like my room location on the property. The entrance to my room is inside the building versus entrance to my room from the parking lot. The small coffee pot addition to the room is a big plus for customers who have to leave early in the morning. Thank you for breakfast."
