They have not been filled, but the front desk corrected that and we were unaware that you had to request a cleaning if you were stay was greater than one day less than three so we had to also get some additional towels that also was corrected by the young man at the front desk.. We would definitely stay here afain at this iconic property!!"

"Fantastic stay. Room was very spacious for two adults and four kids. The pool was perfect for everyone, even the baby. Breakfast had a wide variety and high chair available for a baby. Management was incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again."

"This has become a new favorite when visiting my daughter at NAU. The rooms are clean, beds comfy, and staff accommodating. Each room has a small balcony to sit on if you want to enjoy the beautiful Flagstaff fresh air. I had asked for a later check out time and was happy to pay an extra fee. They charged my account, but did not note it in the room notes. We ended up not needing the extra time and hustled to get out shortly after the standard 11am checkout. The staff happily refunded my account for the late check out fee. We will definitely stay again! "
