"My stay at the Crowne Plaza was very nice. The staff was very friendly and professional as well as helpful. The only complaint I had was there was no room maintenance and I had to call for towels the next evening."

"My room was the main feature of this trip. Loft bed and bathroom, wonderful views from my balcony. It is an amazing hotel. It's also at a very centralized spot. It's in the middle of everything. Short walks everywhere you want to go. I stayed here a few day on my first trip to NOLA, then moved to different hotels. My second trip, I tried another spot. Never again will I stray from the "Bourbon Orleans". It is the destination for my New Orleans adventures. Love it!!!"

"Good location, walkable to all our activities, friendly staff. Only complaint is our sink didn't drain well at all but we stayed four days and didn't address the issue so I can't really complain. We'd stay here again!"

"Really pretty historic hotel. One block away from the noise which is nice. Prob a little overpriced for space (tiny rooms). And housekeeping weirdly came knocking at 9 am the day of an 11 am checkout for some reason. "
