"We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property in San Marcos! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved reading about the history of the cute brick dinosaur fire pit in the backyard. It made our trip even more special! I would highly recommend this place...

"Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at this restored farmhouse. It is clean, welcoming, and included everything that we needed. I also run a rental property so I know exactly what the house should and shouldn’t have and I was impressed. The host is very responsive and friendly. We knew that the lake had been drained so we enjoyed the view and peaceful setting. We would recommend it for sure!"

"Cox Hill House was cozy, clean, spacious and relaxing! We came to visit my daughter and brought our dog too! All the rooms were big including the living room where we enjoyed visiting and watching a movie. I love that there were two tables- one which we ate at and the other played a game. My favorite part was sitting on the hanging swing with my daughter while the dog trotted around freely. Memories were made!"

"Our family had a wonderful time ! We love the pool area. We brought our tv to watch football under the tent by the pool . We had lots of room to mingle with 32 of us ! We loved the fire pits ! The grounds keeper stop by to take our trash out daily ! He was amazing!! We had everything we needed ! Love the out door lights. It was great having coffee On the porches.. "

"Mixed emotions about this place. Rented this for our family to meet for Thanksgiving. Son & DIL have new baby so didn’t want to invade their house with a large group. This house seemed mostly clean but could use lots of minor repairs and updating. The carpet had lots of stains but bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Kitchen seemed well stocked but we didn’t stay for meals or hanging out because there was little seating in the living room and only one rack in the oven so cooking a large meal was...
