"We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property in San Marcos! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved reading about the history of the cute brick dinosaur fire pit in the backyard. It made our trip even more special! I would highly recommend this place...

"Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at this restored farmhouse. It is clean, welcoming, and included everything that we needed. I also run a rental property so I know exactly what the house should and shouldn’t have and I was impressed. The host is very responsive and friendly. We knew that the lake had been drained so we enjoyed the view and peaceful setting. We would recommend it for sure!"

"This property was better than we hoped it would be! It accommodated our family of 16 people and had a wonderful spot on the lake. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make some homemade meals, including new appliances. Location was great and made for a wonderful stay for our family. "

"I love staying at this house. It had plenty of room for our large family. The house was very clean. The property was very well manicured. Enjoyed having the water right outside the house. We stayed here for a Christmas holiday and they even decorated the house for us. Would stay here again."

"Booked this house for a three night stay over the weekend with my family. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and they were both kept very clean. The tablet used to control the temps, spa jets, etc was a little wonky. Lots of error messages and delays. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t, but it was in the low 90s during the day so we didn’t mind the cold pool. House was clean and beds comfortable. A few things could use replacement due to stains such as the shower curtains and wine...

This house seemed mostly clean but could use lots of minor repairs and updating. The carpet had lots of stains but bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Kitchen seemed well stocked but we didn’t stay for meals or hanging out because there was little seating in the living room and only one rack in the oven so cooking a large meal was...
