"Always a good choice. Staff are well-trained, friendly, & helpful. They try to accommodate room requests--we like the 4th floor, as it tends to be quieter, in our experience. The rooms are clean & well-maintained. Heat/AC always works. Lots of hot water & good water pressure. Breakfast options had been updated since the last time we checked it out. They had bagels (options included cream cheese, butter, jelly, & peanut butter) & yogurt available as well as the sugar-laden muffins (muffins were the only option last time), so that was a nice surprise. We will stay again, & we do suggest this facility to others."
