"We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation and would not have given it any stars if possible. Booked here for the last 2 nights on the island as near the airport and thought it would be treat. (Superior Family Room). The hotel looks very nice walking in, but when we got into our room we were in for a shock, it was like some third world accommodation, nothing like the photos on website. Dirty, mouldy, paint flaking, very dated old tatty furniture, tv not working, stained curtains, no cushions on garden furniture, no wifi in room, mattress so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom smelled very mouldy and we had nobody clean our room the 2 days we were there. Complained but got nowhere, wanted to check out, but refund refused. Spend a lot of money on very basic accommodation, who gave this place 5 star rating is beyond me. Fully aware that a 5 star in Greece is not quite the same, but this hotel is totally mis-advertised."

"We been to this hotel five times and every time it’s been excellent. The hotel is very well maintained and the dining options are great with lots of variety. Ask to see the chef if you have dietary requirements they are extremely helpful. The staff in the main restaurant are amazing they really make you feel at home. Will definitely return to this hotel. "
