« We had a fantastic time at Richard‘s place! The location is excellent, with sunsets on the balcony every evening. Did not disappoint! Richard was extremely responsive to every message we sent him and very pleasant to deal with. We had an issue with the laundry Initially and he sorted it out immediately.. « My husband and I vacation on Encinitas often and this was our first stay at Eric’s place. We loved it and plan to return! Well appointed and cozy! We didn’t need to bring anything and the place was very comfortable and clean.
