"My husband and I stayed here for Valentine's weekend (3days) this Feb 2025 and we loved our stay! It was the perfect, central location! I LOVED the Starbucks next door, and the AMAZING Casa Valadez! The staff was fabulous, service top notch, and loved the welcome drink of wine or mimosas. Front desk was responsive (via WhatsApp) even days/weeks before arrival and suggested some tours and activities. They reserved the callejonadas evening tour, as well as arranged our ride from hotel to airport....

"Very nice and clean hotel right in the heart of the Main Plaza. Friendly staff and comfortable huge bed (cal king) real breakfast (not continental) is not on site but on another partner hotel just across the street. Restaurants, bars, parks, theater, museums, etc and just about anything you can think of are all just a short walk. Room/bathroom was spacious enough although our room #12 has a huge wardrobe that is located right at the passage between the room and the bathroom leaving only about 25...

"Good Mexican breakfast. Bad: the hotel says there is a shuttle service to the airport about a km away, but doesn’t mention that it is one way. It will take you to the airport but will not pick you up. The taxi service from the airport to the hotel is a racket, charging $25 US for that 1 km ride. Hotel should clear up this misleading claim as, of course, most people staying there will be coming from the airport ."
