No coffee machine in the room, free coffee in the bar in the morning with the cheapest croissants in New York. "We enjoyed a delightful stay at San Carlos. The entire staff eagerly do whatever they can to accommodate. The rooms are a nice size, well appointed and kept very clean. The location is ideal: walking distance to Broadway shows, but a quieter street. Lots of dining options in the immediate area. We will be back!"

"My family of 4 just stayed here in a 1 bedroom suite. It was lovely. The room was huge compared to other rooms we’ve stayed at in NY for the same price - long foyer, small kitchenette, large living room with ample seating, small table and chairs, desk, etc. The bedroom was also large with 2 queen sized beds and plenty of dresser space. 2 large TVs in the suite. Bathroom was small but clean and had good lighting. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. We’d stay here again. "

"I love staying in Ktown because it is so convenient to everything, not the least of which is the train station - a quick 15 minute walk. It is bustling and alive, close to Times Square as well. One of the many points in Little Charlie’s favor is that the online photographs were an accurate portrayal of the room, so I had a good idea of what to expect. The room was indeed small, but the layout was so efficient that it didn’t feel claustrophobic. "We have stayed at Fitzpatrick twice since July of this year. While I love the vibe here and the friendliness of the largely Irish staff- we must have had a nice room the the first time we stayed. This time our room had large noticeable burn marks in the carpet and the toilet specifically was jammed so tightly in to the space for it that you could not really maneuver for TP etc. So I was more underwhelmed this visit. "
