"Stayed here for 5 nights and will definitely be back! I loved that we were so close to Empire State Building and walking distance from many places likes Times Square. The Latino man at the front desk in the morning and afternoon was so welcoming. Cherry on top was that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before checkin. We arrived in NY early morning and did not want to haul around our luggage around the streets. We did not use the subway but there was an entrance at the corner of the hotel so that transportation option was great. Also, the hotel was walking distance from Penn Station where we were dropped off from the Uber Shuttle from La Guardia Airport (affordable airport transportation!!) Overall a wonderful stay. I highly recommend! "

"One of two elevators was out of order - but didn’t present that much of a problem - they are pretty fast, so only a slightly shorter wait sometimes. A closer place to buy water and snacks etc might be nice…but not a big deal. Construction of a huge new building on the corner requires walking thru tunnels…again, not that big a deal. "
