"This is my 12th stay the Élysée. It is warm, safe with a welcoming staff. The club room fosters community among the guests. The physical property is very charming with a feel of early 20th century France. It is, however, in need of renovation and will close at the end of the month, for over a year for a complete renovation. Many of the loyal guests are looking forward to the renovation, anxious for the re-opening, and hoping that the welcoming, intimate ambience is preserved. "

"Stayed four nights with my family of 5 (that included two adults, one young adult, and two teenagers) and the two bedroom sweet was perfect! The area felt safe and it was well located near several subway lines (including the subway line from LaGuardia). The staff were also very nice and the hotel was clean and nicely maintained. The spacious two bedroom suite gave everyone space to relax, get ready for the day, and sleep comfortably. I would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel is located right at corner of Lexington and 48th. Easily accesible by public transportation. Cute hotel, the staff is exceptional. The only problem I had, was the cold. I tried to adjust the thermostat no luck. It was really cold in the room. Also, the waterpressure was not the best. All in all, nice stay. "
