"The house was absolutely perfect for our size group. We had 4 separate couples (8 adults), 4 two year olds, and 3 infants 3M-10M old. The house provided us with the perfect amount of space to have our own bedrooms, bathrooms, and play space for the kids. "We couldn't have chosen a better place for our M-F trip to Indy. As a vintage fan, I loved that this home holds its vintage charm as well as modern features. "We were in town for a lax tournament and this was a wonderful location - close to the Grand Park and yet a quiet and relaxed oasis with donkeys and goats for the family to feed, pet, and enjoy. "

"The place was great - clean, had everything we needed, and large enough to fit an entire family. Only downside was the location of the property is a bit sketchy. The privacy fence and other measures help - somewhere I’d recommend for adults but maybe not for small children "

"This property was a wonderful find for our stay attending an event in Indianapolis. It was located a mile and a half away from the Stadium area and being able to park at the property and easily access where we need to go was a big plus. "Hotel has a unique vibe with the historical industrial theme. There are a lot of period looking pieces in the hotel ranging from the woodwork, steel, and decorative pieces most of which are probably reclaimed and repurposed. The staff were all friendly and helpful from the doorman to the front desk personnel to the housekeeping staff. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the hotel as well as in the neighboring complex. The food is really good and both restaurants had very good service and excellent food which they locally source as much as possible. I would stay here again."
