"Wasn’t the best. Hotel has gone downhill since last stay. Will chose other hotel next time. Charged our friends an extra $25 to check in a little early even though their rooms were ready and waiting. Had to get someone to let you into pool area. Room key wasn’t allowed. Accessible room had a bathtub not truly accessible and NO COUNTER SPACE"

"Good stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was small but decent. The only complaint was the bed was super broke down and sunk in the middle. It was horribly uncomfortable. "

"The staff was wonderful. The bedroom was pretty good. Mostly cleaned well but, the bathroom needs a little TLC updating. The worst part was the flaking rust from the door frame. Who uses metal in a bathroom? LOL"

"We traveled to Muncie to enroll my daughter at Ball State. The staff was very professional and kind. The pool was small, but very clean as was the fitness center. I didn't eat breakfast but my wife and daughter said it was good. We will definitely stay again while visiting my daughter at school. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly. We appreciated the variety of food options for breakfast. The common spaces and rooms were clean. We didn't get a chance to utilize the pool or fitness center while we were there. Maybe another time."

"Requested a connecting room in advance. I was denied because they only have connecting rooms for handicapped. This was not clearly stated in the description. Bummed. Other than the connecting room issue, this is an outstanding hotel with a very nice breakfast selection. "
