"The house and property was peacful and secluded. Our kids enjoyed playing in the yard. We loved the bunk beds being in a room attached to ours as our young kids still want to be close to us at bedtime. Would reccomend to anyone wanting a quiet, slow vacation. "

Our boys most enjoyed playing with the friendly family pets, as well as taking a stroll through the fields to see some farm animals. "This property is pretty expensive for a one-person weekend retreat, and I was worried I would regret it. I didn't--not one little bit. The house is so incredibly comfortable and spotless and easy. And the sauna is truly incredible. I used it a LOT. The view is lovely as well, and it's an easy drive to some great hikes. I highly recommend this place. "

"My husband and I took the weekend to get away and this was the perfect place. It is a trek up the mountain and worth it. Very clean and the hosts were friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend. Just be aware that the drive up is gravel road and at times steep. Best have AWD or 4 WD. "
