It was annoying to have to move rooms the day after we arrived, but staff moved our packed luggage for us (with our permission) while we were out exploring to keep it easy. Loved snorkeling in the water right off the hotel. We felt the pool closed early (at 9 pm), and would have liked to use the hot tub later!"

"The rooms and facilities are really nice. Everyone on staff is very kind. I enjoyed the beach, the pool and the food. The days were very peaceful. My biggest issue was the noise level in the late afternoons and evenings. I had a “garden view” room, between the noise from the restaurants, live music from the main lobby carrying, classes at the pool, private parties at the beach and in the ballrooms there was a lot of noise and music blasting every night.
