"Amazing hotel "

"The staff especially the Bell people were super nice and always offering help and smiles! We loved the walk ability and ease of public transportation. There are several great restaurants close as well. Older historic buildings are harder to maintain."

"Our stay was excellent . The only problem we had was prior to checking in , I called and inquired about parking . The man on the phone said parking is available at the hotel or at 1 superior . I asked if they validate parking and he said yes. When leaving the garage we found out that parking was discounted with our validation. That was not conveyed to us . "

"It is very beautiful inside rooms are very clean and relaxing. Very good customer service and the restaurant next doors is absolutely wonderful little expensive but worth it. My grand son loved the complimentary water. Wonderful place"
