"Nikko is so great. Our go to for union square! There was a small mix up this time as they didn't have my Expedia reservation but the staff was able to work it out quickly, which was especially important since I had prepaid! They were also doing some plumbing work so the water was off from 11pm to 4am but I appreciated that they did it after hours and it really didn't affect us. I've probably stayed here about 10 times and I would definitely go back. Walking distance to everything downtown "

"This was an incredible place to stay, and we felt so lucky to have found this spot. The staff were lovely and kind, and the owner Orlando was available to address any needs we had immediately. Our room was right across the from the bar which was open until 10pm. Perfect for a quick cocktail the evening we got in. "What I liked was the bed and bedding. The cleaning staff was excellent. The room was spacious. We would have appreciated a better refrigerator as we have health issues and need fridge space. The only thing we didn’t like was when they asked for our room number when we ate in the cafe and we paid for our meals we were still charged meals to the room. "
