"I didn't like the $20/day extra fees per room charged that weren't included clearly in the Expedia booking info/charge from the beginning. This isn't exactly the hotel's fault but they should coordinate with Expedia better. They suggested at the front desk at check out that I should have booked directly with them and that I join their hotel group. Not a helpful response. I book with Expedia to get points to stay at a range of places and I would have appreciate more clarity. Otherwise everyone...

"Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, place has more old-fashioned decor but in good shape. Great location, has valet parking but also several parking garages right next door that we used. Only disappointment was the pool - thought it was a hot tub when we looked at pictures but it's just a tiny swimming pool!"

"The hotel itself was lovely. Comfortable, clean, spacious. No issues there. The restaurant, was another story. As we spoke English to the wait staff (by choice, we are all bilingual), we were treated terribly, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. They did not pass on a dietary request to the kitchen and were rude upon being asked to rectify it. Any customers that came behind were served earlier and often. We were ignored and forced to approach them for above request and even for water....
