"Everyone was really kind! There were homeless people in the parking garage. But the valet took very good care of our vehicle. Our room could have been a lot cleaner. Actually, I had noticed dried blood on the lock of the door and there was blood on our shower curtain. And you could tell our room hadn’t been dusted or vacuumed under the bed. But the staff really is awesome."
