" The hotel was amazing, the exterior was clean and welcoming. The lobby was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated with lots of space to sit if needed. The front desk agent was friendly and checked me in quickly. Being from out of town I asked about walking to the PPG Arena if it was safe and she said absolutely and she recommended it as a good way to see the downtown. She provided a great option for dinner and it did not disaapoint. Bill's Burgers was a hit with our family. The room was perfect and spotless. We opted for the Premium Deluxe suite which gave us a corner room with views of the city amd the river...it was well worth it. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best i have ever had and a lot of selection to choose from. All the staff we saw were friendly and had smiles on their faces. This truely was a fantastic property to stay at and hughly recommended. "
