"This was a beautiful property (once we found it!) in well kept and quiet residential neighborhood. The house and grounds were just lovely, and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. Our only regret was that we had to leave without sampling the included breakfast, as we had a very early morning flight. I would absolutely recommend this property!"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved how quiet the area was and that was a big plus. My only criticism was that it was too hot in the room. I turned the heat off at bedtime but it never got any cooler. If we stayed again we would open windows sooner. "

"The view of the river from my room's covered balcony was delightful. It was the perfect place to drink my tea in the morning. The owners are friendly and helpful and talking with the other guests about their plans was a fun way to learn more about the area."

"I spent the week at David's listing and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The location was very close to the airport and the check-in instructions were simple and straightforward. David provides a number combination on the touch keypad for entry and each room is provided with its own key for renter security. The room was very clean and comes with free wifi, RokuTV, a desk, full bathroom, and clean linens. Looking forward to staying here next time I find myself in the Vancouver...

"This was a quiet property with beautiful landscaping. There was ample parking and a secure gate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable and we were provided with bathrobes and oversized towels. The owners willingly accomodated my awful dietary restrictions and we were served a wonderful breakfast, which was only eclipsed by the conversation with the hosts! We would definitely stay again!"

"This was a perfect place for our 3 nights stay in Vancouver. The house is located in a very safe area, about 35 min from downtown. We used public transportation train and bus and we felt safe at all times. The hosts Will and Tammy were wonderful. Very nice, gave us lots of suggestions and always responsive. "This was a very nice place to stay! Walkable to the harbor and many restaurants and breweries. I felt very safe in the area. Just know Vancouver is very hilly and this BnB has about 15 stairs to get to the house. Very welcoming host - made you feel right at home and very helpful. "

"Power was out when we arrived so no internet! Could not contact owners as they are not on site! We opened door and it smelled horribly musty! It was midnight so we stayed. Next morning power back on and the place was filthy—really hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived! Per on bathroom floor, dirt everywhere! We could not get ahold of owner, nor could hotels.com (we booked thru them). Got ahold of them finally and they told me they would work on a refund. So far—I got nothing! I don’t mind...

"Cons: low ceiling, unsafe narrow road to walk to commercial/touristic part of town, narrow and steep parking place, not accessible in wheelchair. Plus: very clean, everything new, extremely nice views, jacuzzi, very niece owner that leaves upstairs that would give you all information you want at check in but will leave you alone for the rest of the stay. Overall: would highly recommend is the con above don’t bother you. Would definitely come back for second stay."
