"Check in was very easy. Our room was very clean and quiet. (The hotel has quiet hours between 9 pm & 9 am.) The staff were friendly and very responsive, calling taxis for us as needed. A small guest refrigerator in the open kitchen was available. The small pool holds about 6 people and the patio is delightful. Very walkable to the historic Centro or the Paseo de Montejo area."

"We wanted a place near the airport as we had an 8 am flight with a 6 am check in. This hotel supplied that. Nothing to write home about. Just a nice room and near the airport. Not the place to use for an extended stay, in our opinion."

"Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency ! "

The place has helpful friendly front desk staff, a great outdoor breakfast service, and a nice view of a central pool and garden (accompanied by chorus of forest birds each evening). We were able to get easy taxi transport to the ruins site. The rooms are generally nice but a bit dark and damp, so check options once your arrive. There is an onsite restaurant (apart from the breakfast service) that serves bland tasteless food, but you can explore other...
