"Convenient hotel for the arena, greeted by a lovely receptionist who swiftly got us checked in. Breakfast was very disappointing again third time we have stayed here and every time is the same. Long wait, not enough staff, tables not cleared quickly enough, coffee cups and glasses not replenished went without a drink today because of this even after pointing this out to the staff. Really disappointing that this continues and spoils our stay"

"Didn't see much of the hotel as got there late on the Friday night, had to be out by 6.30am both Saturday and Sunday and didnt get back to hotel on Saturday until about 9. What we did see (reception and room) were both nice and friendly staff on reception. "
