"Absolutely loved our stay. Totally exceeded all expectations. Beautifully decorated ,lovely comfortable bed with immaculately clean bedding . Kids loved staying in the loft style area. Absolutely everything we needed within the room and only a few steps to the beach. Couldn't be more happy with the stay. Staff all really friendly and nice "

"The room was fresh and clean but found a dirty mug and teaspoons in the cupboard. The bathroom door in room 18 was hard to open and close. I also paid $60 for chocolates but received a 340g box of Cadbury Favourites which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on-site is handy but not open every day. I enjoyed the spa and like that you can book the spa. Overall I enjoyed our stay."

"Close to local restaurants and cowes beach. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful as were the bistro staff. We had a 3 night stay and bed not made next day and no tea and coffee re supplied. Yesterday staff neglected to leave any toilet paper but bistro helped us out as we only realised this at 6:20pm. Meals is bistro a very large serving We upgrade to a different room which had two queen beds although we only needed one. Bed fairly hard and uncomfortable and bathroom cleaning...

"Nice upgrade with partial ocean view. Room facing main road but no traffic noise. Great location, walking distance to all restaurants/cafes. 1 min drive from motel to EV charging was great. Would stay here again when driving through."
