"This is truly the nicest hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at in Europe. The service was absolutely incredible - we received a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon and my husband organized a surprise wine tour in the Tuscan region. The hotel worked directly with the taxi company to coordinate our travel. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was unbelievable. Thank you to the front desk staff and the staff in the restaurant. You were fantastic and we will see you soon! "

"One thing to note- if you are sensitive to noise this location is in the middle of the historic center of the city which gets very loud at night so in the spring before the a/c is on, if you sleep with the windows open you will be hearing lots of yelling, talking, music, sounds of trucks in the morning— if the windows are open you will not be getting a quiet and peaceful sleep! This is not uncommon in Europe but be forewarned! "
