"Service was excellent. From crassanda at the front desk to Moises the server by the pool. Mayra and David did a great job at the cantina bar. Oscar was a delight at la fuente. There was a lack of places to get coffee. Premium lounge was very confusing. I was told by ceaser at the lounge I could not take any food or drink or but yet he encouraged us to take drinks and food or the next day. "

The concierge took care of our transportation to the hotel from the Airport, booked our fishing excursion, booked in-room massages, and pointed us in the right direction for our hike to Los Animas beach. "This resort is absolutely stunning! It’s in a beautiful nature preserve and is impeccably maintained. The service was remarkably prompt (particularly given the size of the property) and the staff was always incredibly gracious and kind. What really set this resort apart, though, were the incredible restaurants on site. We opted for the all-inclusive package (something we never do) and were blown away by the quality, the presentation and the variety of food and beverage offerings at the resort. Truly a culinary adventure!"

"It was our first time staying here and we enjoyed the property. It’s centrial to everthing. Great area for walking to stores and restaurants. The Bahia is steps away. We mostly will stay here again with our friends "

"Great stay! Bed was very comfortable, views were amazing, and everything was meticulously clean. Part of the charm of this place was the bougee slightly outdated furniture. We had a fun photo shoot exploring the place. We had dinner at Le Kliff around the corner, and this was the perfect place to stay so we could enjoy our entire experience and not worry about drinking and driving. The hot tub could have been a bit warmer but otherwise the visit was perfect. We felt like we had our own villa as there was only one other couple on the premises. This is also a couple miles from the Botanical gardens which had an amazing restaurant and some great easy hiking trails, and about 20 minutes from the PV Zoo and Mismaloya . Awesome are to get out of the city! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at CI. It’s a great little property and we were treated well. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the taxis and the colectivo stop. If you stay at CI make sure to wander further into town (away from the beach) as you will find some great little local resturants. "

"Its a beautiful property, just very large and everything is far apart. Youll need a cab to go anywhere. Room was beautiful, spa was very nice , food was OK. Be prepared that everything is up and down hills. "
