"My family and I have stayed at Embassy Suites and Casino San Juan multiple times since it first opened. It’s been about 10 years since our last visit, and my husband and I were very pleased with the property’s upkeep. The hotel is in great condition, with a clean and fresh ambiance that we truly appreciated, especially since we’re sensitive to unpleasant carpet odors found in some hotels. The casino and restaurants offer excellent options for dining and entertainment, adding to the overall positive experience. I would absolutely still recommend this property! "

"El hotel está súper bueno las personas bien amables desde los jóvenes que te reciben en la puerta hasta los de la piscina y la playa todos muy muy amables . Encontre un poco caro los precios del Suchi Bar: y las margaritas de la piscina no me gustaron . Pero el personal súper atento los guardias de seguridad súper amables . La limpieza muy buena las habitaciones súper amplias y cómodas . "

"Excelente opcion cuando quieres llegar a tiempo y sin contratiempos a tu vuelo. Staff sumamente amable y servicial. Cuarto limpio. Un poco limitado para comida ya que es lo disponible en el hotel (buen restaurant) o fast food en el aeropuerto (no puedes tener acceso a los restaurantes dentro de los gates - solo lo que esta afuera - Cafe y Meson)"
