"This was my first time going to Panama as a tourist. The experience was great. I took advantage of the airport shuttle and delicious breakfast served every morning. Staff was wonderful, and my room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again in future."

"Housekeeeping never swept the bathroom floor under the sink!! The taxi station in the hotel ripped us off for $14The trip only cost $6 to get to Harley with a yellow taxi. He charged us $20. Not happy. Pool was great. Breakfast was wonderful. "

"The pools were clean. The beach was nice as well. The staff were super nice. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice. We got in at 9am and they let us go to our room to rest. The bartender Joel at the beach bar was super sweet. Always there ready to serve us. At the Pacifico restaurant for breakfast the gentleman who worked the outside seating was fabulous. Always there with a smile on his face and he always made my cousins coffee perfectly everytime. I would stay here again."

"We traveled as 3 families with kids and had a good time at Riu Plaza. It is in a pretty central location of Panama City and there were many good restaurant and shopping options within 15 min walk. We felt safe walking at night. Uber is easily available and comes super fast. The breakfast buffet has excellent variety. The 24-hour coffee shop in the lobby has good smoothies, coffee and bakery items. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner so can’t comment on the food quality there. The hotel rooms are clean but some bathrooms can use remodel. The toilet was very hard to flush. The pillows were small and could be better. Overall we had a fabulous experience and would definitely come back! "
