"Staff were over the top. My issue is we arrived from an over seas flight at about 9am but were not put into our room until 3 pm. We were exhausted and had to remain in lobby for 6 hours!!! Maybe there could be a better solution "

"Loved this place! Every day we remarked on a different reason it was the perfect place to stay in Amsterdam! Close to the museums, easy walk to restaurants and bars, and my favorite- right next to Vondelpark! The bar was great, good vibes and good drinks, the restaurant was great, easy to get a taxi. Some street noise at night but that’s to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was our second stay at Hotel Estheréa and it is the only place we want to stay in Amsterdam! From the moment we entered the lobby, we remembered why we loved HE so much!The hotel is beautiful, elegant and exquisite! The staff is professional and friendly! And the candies, beverages, pastries and snacks that are available all day, are a nice touch! The location is perfect to visit Amsterdam by foot or on public transportation. We cannot say enough about this gem!"
