"Helpful staff. Beautiful beach and pool. Nice rooms which are very clean and cleaned every day. Frequent problems with hot water, but this is common in Colombia. Inconvenient if you need to use an ATM - have to take a taxi into downtown Tumaco. "

"Overall it was a good stay. Hotel is nice, clean, has good amenities, breakfast is good and the complimentary stuff is also good. The only bad things were the poor wifi signal, my phone kept getting disconnected, and the noise. Doors are not very soundproof so you can hear people outside all the time, the roofing option is not the best because from my room you could hear the rain hitting the roof, as if there was a constant leak the whole night and in the morning you hear the breakfast area...

"I thought the staff was excellent. I had to stay in the center of town for business but it is a loud part of the city and guests came in at all hours. You could hear them in the middle of the night as the walls are thin. Having said that, it did seem to be the best hotel in the city. The staff allowed us to leave our things early and were always courteous, which was greatly appreciated. The first rooms we were given were really small and it felt almost claustrophobic. "Durante la estadía mi esposo enfermó, todo el personal nos ayudó al máximo para encontrar un doctor que venga al hospital y vea y atienda a mi esposo. El personal muy amable, a pesar de la enfermedad de mi esposo, su ayuda hizo que pasemos un excelente momento en el Hotel. Cada vez que vayamos a Pasto de seguro volveremos, gracias!!"

"We stayed here in early 2023 and enjoyed the hotel. So it made sense to stay once again in February 2024. However we were disappointed. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. There was a used bar of soap on the floor of the shower and its wrapper on the floor of the bathroom from previous guests. Finally, the shower drain was clogged which meant we needed to stop showering to keep the water from overflowing the shower basin."
