"Fantastic hotel in the centre of the city so easy walk to main sights and shopping and Christmas markets. The hotel is modern and sophisticated. Staff are fantastic friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean comfortable and good heating. Bed very comfortable. Only wished I had asked for a room with a view as was looking at a roof top. Crown plaza restaurant very good. Would be my pick to stay in Brugge again "

"I would stay a million times over. The building is beautiful & they have decorated all its little quirks to give it a warm and welcoming feel without clutter. It has such an indivisible feel and we felt right at home straight away. The staff are excellent in customer service but also in general as helpful and fun as you’d want. They provide a map and at advice you might need and a warm chat when you get back. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated, note there’s no lift if you have mobility issues but no worries for us. The bed was simply fantastic and the bathroom well presented. I would like a shower head holder at head height but that’s being very British of me! The breakfast is worth all the comments made!! I loved it. It’s so well thought out and put together, there’s something for everyone and it’s kicks off the day well! The walk to the market square is max 7 mins very flat and this is basically central. I will be coming back to Bruges and 100% plan to stay there again. Thanks to the team for such a nice stay."
