"There was a gas fire place in our room. It was clear that there was a leak. We alerted the staff, the matter was not dealt with in a timely and appropriate way. As the problem reoccurred, a new trip to the reception and again the seriousness of the gas leak was ignored. It took a lot of conversation for the staff to recognize that they had to give us a new room or I would make a call to the authorities. Compensation four our lost time (basically 1 day ) was not awarded. I don’t think we will...

"Facility is very convenient to access to anywhere. The lake view was pretty. The room was clean. No complain. Just wanted to withdraw one star was because of the staff. Nobody gave me any greeting, when checking in, passing by in front of the front desk, breakfast, hallway, checking out. Even once."
