"Overall great vacation and resort. The rooms are a good size and the resort is easy to navigate and doesn't take more than 5 minutes to access any part of the resort. All restaurants/bars are pretty central. Beach was beautiful, sandy bottom for about 50 feet from shore and able to walk along the beach for long distances. Restaurant and buffet food options were great, good variety and tasty. French restaurant was our favourite. Only negative would be the evening shows which were a little...

"We chose this resort because our grandson wanted waterslides..however the bigger slide was damaged and not usable as was one of the restaurants..that we had booked in after we got to the resort. The main pool was really murky ...compared to the adult pool. The room was clean and grounds were well maintained by staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some guests made the stay irritating but that's not the resorts fault. We would definitely book through Expedia..gave us a perk...as it...

"This is a court time that we’ve been to the property, we originally stayed here when it was “The Royal”. Since Hilton has taken over it seems like each time we go there are less amenities and more paying for things that used to be free. The staff is still exceptional but I think management is on a money grab for little things. "
