Greeted with some of the best staff around we were able to experience Santa Fe almost to its fullest with just the couple of days we were staying. I cannot express how friendly and understanding the staff was. We had a personal issue with one of the rooms and the lady at the front desk (night) was absolutely willing to make sure we had a great stay, no questions asked! Love this place and Santa Fe. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I hope to once again return to Santa Fe and this will be the only place I stay! "
