"The breakfast and breakfast staff super!! Reception staff good but I find it incredible that they charge 35 pounds per luggage per night to keep it when you are coming back and staying for 3 more nights (for a total of 8 nights paid!)."

"We had an amazing time at this hotel. Super clean, conveniently located off the A40 and a few mins walk from the tube station what else can you ask for!! Reception staff were amazing Special mention to Rahim who catered for my families need (we had two kids with us) and he managed to look after us we decided to add breakfast to our booking the food was clean and the staff were amazing I will be booking here again!"

"The staff were brilliant throughout our stay and the lady on check in even gave our girls teddy bears. The family room was huge, beds comfy, could hardly hear a sound from outside or neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was great. We will stay again! "

"This hotel absolutely made our trip to England very memorable. The breakfast was amazing, the in-room services were phenomenal. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, incredible location for public transportation as well! It’s a great spot for Arsenal fans and everyone else! It was actually a very safe area, you can explore the shops on and around the street before heading to the stations. "

"I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"This is a wonderful hotel with easy walking access to Parliament Square and much of London. Only complaint was that communication regarding restrictions to all of the area around the hotel on NYE should have been made clear at booking and more information about how to leave the hotel and not get locked out during that evening should have been available at check in or when we received the bracelets. No one was clear about how to get back to the hotel, so we remained inside all night."

"very good location right beside Dominion Theatre & TCR tube & Elizabeth line stations plus buses to jus about everywhere. stairs on entry to hotel a pain but disabled “lift” made arrival with luggage accessible. quick efficient friendly check in, quick lift and renovated single room perfect with even fridge, safe, A/C TV too complicated (I never did get it to work!) woul stay again & recommend "
