"The rooms were huge, spacious and very comfortable. heating and cooling options were great. The lobby and bar areas were done up beautifully for Christmas. We arrived at 2.30pm and they wouldn’t let us check in until 3pm which was a bit annoying. Many of the lamps in the room didn’t work which made reading in bed hard as the room was very dark. The time around 10 of the 100+ rooms are being used so you “rattle around” especially when you’re the only guests!!
