"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"Soweit war alles zufriedenstellend. Man sollte sich bewust sein das es eine einfache Holzhütte ist... "Chalet" hört sich zwar schön an aber darunter versteh ich ein bisschen was anderes."

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Alles was fijn: goede bedden, ruim en heel schoon appartement. Met de auto 900 m naar de skipiste, waar je in alle rust en ruimte kon parkeren. Zelden heb ik ‘s ochtends zo snel op de piste gestaan! Op de boerderij van alles te koop, van broodjes tot ham, eieren en bier. We komen graag nog eens terug!"

"I can’t rave about this property or recommend it enough. The home is wonderful and the Austrian Alp setting is nothing short of amazing. There was a slight language barrier but easily overcome. It was hard packing up and leaving. Even with its remote location there was a small restaurant just a two minute walk down the road. Shopping for food and supplies was a short 15 minute drive."

Jedoch könnten größere Hunde bzw. gut springende Hunde an einer Stelle über die Tür springen und kleinere Hunde könnten an manchen Stellen unten durch schlüpfen. Weg zum Haus wird derzeitig gebaut und war ein wenig schwierig. Dürfte aber demnächst behoben sein. Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, was man aber nur mit offenem Fenster hört. "Wir waren im Juli 1 Woche hier, hatten eine gute Zeit, aber es gab Einschränkungen, die aus dem Inserat nicht erkennbar waren und vorher wissenswert sind: Die Anfahrt zur Hütte ist lang u. beschwerlich über eine unbefestigte Schotterstraße oft am steilen Abhang entlang (gutes Auto mit ausreichend PS u. Bodenhöhe u. sichere Autofahrkünste erforderlich). Der Ausblick von der Hütte ist dafür phantastisch, man kann auch bei Regen auf d. Veranda sitzen. Allerdings ist der Kuhstall der Vermieter...

"Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön ruhig gelegen, genau das richtige zum Entspannen. Man konnte fast direkt vor der Haustür zum Wandern aufbrechen aber auch mit dem Auto in nahegelegene Wandergebiete des Wilden Kaisers fahren. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen."

"Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Platz und ausreichenden Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch mit durchgehender riesiger Terrasse. Mit schönem Ausblick. Leider, was wir vorher nicht wussten, direkt an der Straße/Hauptverkehrsstrasse gelegen und der angegebene Pool war nicht auffindbar."
