"I visited this area for the first time, and I really liked this hotel. The rooms are good sized and the bed is very comfortable. The windows swing open wide which was nice to bring in the cool evening air. The location is right in the action for the town, and it's across the street from the lake so I had a really nice view from the room. The restaurant is very good, opting to eat there twice for dinner. The breakfast which was included in the room was very good too. The front desk team...

"Super Aufenthalt, als verwöhnter Gast der Pletzer Resorts, hat mir ein bisschen was gefehlt. Allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es war der letzte Öffnungstag vor der kurzen Pause, da gab es zum Frühstück um 9 Uhr keine Gurken und Paprika mehr, das fand ich schade. Der Rest war toll, Wellnessbereich sehr schön, Zimmer wunderbar renoviert (ich liebe die Seife und das Relax Duschgel), die Hotelbar hat eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und alle waren sehr nett und haben uns sehr gut umsorgt!...

"The hotel is new, very clean, has excellent parking and the hosts are very nice, but the rooms are very small. There are no cups in the room and no possibility to add blankets and pillows and did me a big favor by bringing me another pillow after it was explained to me that there were two pillows for the room.
