"This is our 3rd stay at Conrad Bali, and it has become our go-to hotel, we don't even consider alternatives. The facilities are fantastic, the pool is amazing, the location is great, but most impressive are the staff. The staff here are the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at, so attentive, always smiling and friendly, happy to have a chat, and nothing is ever out of their way. Going the extra mile seems part of their DNA. I will be back again at the end of 2025 and cant wait to see all my friends here at Conrad Bali."

"We enjoyed staying at the resort. Our room was in the 3rd floor. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the gardens was beautiful. The area of the building our room was in was quiet. We used the pool and the swim up bar. We enjoyed the Saturday night BBQ dinner with the traditional dance/fire dance show. We thought the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants around the property."
