"While our three day stay in Reykjavik Grandi was very good hotel-wise, my Phantom crypto account was hacked by a hacker in this hotel's lobby and $475 CAD was stolen, and my tokens individually sent to the crypto hacker's wallet. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Their WiFi is insecure."

"Thhey utilize their space well. We stayed in a hub. We opted for the lower bunk. Just the right space that we need to sleep. They have outdoor hot tub. They have a common room where they have ice machine, fridge and microwave. They have self-serve bar and vending machines in the property. It's witing walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, souvenir stores, cafe’s, small groceries. You'll need to drive to other places. There are buses around too. There are options for parking, and we used a parking garage a block away."

"Hotel was super clean and neat, the space in the rooms are great and amenities like hot tubs are conveniently times. I also liked that they have seamless check in and check out with breakfast buffet options. Breakfast was very rich and the restaurant has really nice view of the mountain. 10/10 recommend"

"Great place to stay for a trip to glacier, ice cave, and black sand beaches! Breakfast was wonderful and extensive. In room Nespresso much appreciated. Great full vanity in bathroom (the only hotel of our Iceland visit!). Corner room with north facing balcony would have afforded great view of northern lights has it not been so overcast! Highly recommend!"

"Lovely room, nice decor and furniture and a decent size. Wifi was very good. Kettle in the room but there was a sign saying no cooking so I presume that means you can't use the kettle for making noodles. There is a grocery shop just behind the hotel which was very convenient. In front of the hotel is the seafront which was very nice."

"The newly updated side of the Center's Plaza site is beautiful, clean, and in a great area for access to multiple destinations in Reykjavik. The staff is wonderful and helpful, and in the lobby is an opportunity to socialize in a clean, open environment. There is street noise at night which can't be heard with the windows closed, coming from a few local night clubs. Overall, a really great experience, and very clean. "
