"this was my first time staying at this establishment. I was pleasantly surprised when i walked in. Open space and nicely decorated lobby. The 2 young ladies at the check in counter were very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I gave them my ID so they can find my reservation, they addressed me as Mr. (last name). I was able to do a small exchange of currency with them as well. My check in was smooth and quick. Once I arrived to my room, I opened up to a beautiful, Clean, nicely decorated double bed, room. In room safe was included (which is important to me). my room did not have a mini fridge, but there seemed to have been one there before as when i opened the dress, there seemed to be a space for one. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice and big. I had paid for daily breakfast buffet. Well worth it, as the food was delicious and bountiful. Both mornings I had my omlette made to order right in front of me. The coffee is delicious. Fresh fruit, fresh juices, pancakes, selections of cheeses and ham slices, breads, everything looked so good! transportation a plenty and plenty of stores within the complex as this hotel is connected with a mall and movie theatre. I checked out the pool and jacuzzies and it was delicious! used the facilities both evenings. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will be planning my next trip in April to stay at this establishment again. Check it out!"

"The rooms are as pictured absolutely gorgeous views. The property is clean, quiet and has mostly professional guests. The rooftop jacuzzi is top tier and the views you get out there is incredible. They have a gym also on the top floor that’s fully equipped. Our first night we were in room 608 which was a nightmare it faces an abandoned building, just terrible. We spoke with the front desk and they moved us the next day. The staff there are great, I had a great experience. Oh breakfast is meh, I didn’t enjoy it at all."

"Nice hotel in the middle of the commercial district of Zone 10. There are many nearby restaurants, hotels, and cafes nearby. The room was very spacious and was a very good value for the cost per night for the room. The lobby was rather small and a little dated, but the room was very spacious. The restaurant had an open air facing wall and waterfall feature which was quite interesting. The waterfall was loud and made the restaurant hard to hear others, especially if you were seated close to the waterfall. The breakfast buffet was well served and all you can eat. The service by the waiters was very attentive to any need. During the stay in January, there were a few tour groups. The conference room was very professional, clean, and modern. The conference service was outstanding. The audio visual technology worked well and the hotel assigned a technician to help troubleshoot."
