The afterhours lockbox is situated outside. It was minus 25 Celsius and dark when we arrived. The lockboxes inside need two fingers for the metal buttons on either side. I still have peeling finger skin two weeks later from having to touch them. The lockbox should be situated in an inside lobby - very poor....

"initially the room temperature were cool enough, 21ºC. When I complained, the receiption promised to send me the technician by tomorrow. When I insist, she promised to find one soon who never come till over an hour. When I chased, she suddenly ask the kitchen man to came my room who finally overcome temporary. Tomorrow morning I complained cause of insomnia due to cold in the room. Finally she called a man to brought the heater fan to overcome. Basically the receiptionist was reluctant to do...

"Lovely hotel close to all shops, restaurants and ski slopes. We really liked the private sauna in our room, which was well needed after a days ski. Hotel lobby and bar was also nice and welcoming. "
