"1. Some furnishing like the marble TV table top is cracked & chipped, this reduced the overall feel of the unit and may cause accidental cuts to hands. 2. There are 2 TVs but only 1 cable, and the channels reception is very poor. 3. A large breakfast area was exposed to direct sunlight, shades should be installed to provide comfort to guests."

"Got the 3 person room with a Queen and 1 Single bed. The room is huge but the amenities inside the room are so old some of them looks run down. The wooden fixtures starting to peel off, the toilet door frame are peeling off and the shower is only accessible by the bathtub. Meaning u hv to climb into the tub to shower which is a challenge for elderly. The aircon is very cold, cant rly control the temp even aft we turn the temp up to max, it still felt like cold. "We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. A breeze to check-in and out! The only improvement which we hope to see is the provision of hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than this, all thumbs up for a spacious and comfortable stay for us."

"Best location in Johor. Nearby all the food and shopping areas. Beautiful view and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is even a dining table, a living room and kitchenette for your cooking if there is a need to. Its pricey but it is worth the money for the comfort and feel of home"
