The staff is friendly, warm and made us feel very welcome. Love the complimentary cookies as it was delicious and given to us warm. The facilities are great. The steam room and jacuzzi area is kept dry with the amenities such as shampoo and shower foam provided. The Buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide range of food and drinks. Love the salad veg as it is fresh from their garden and we harvest it directly by cutting what we want.
