"very good location right beside Dominion Theatre & TCR tube & Elizabeth line stations plus buses to jus about everywhere. stairs on entry to hotel a pain but disabled “lift” made arrival with luggage accessible. quick efficient friendly check in, quick lift and renovated single room perfect with even fridge, safe, A/C TV too complicated (I never did get it to work!) woul stay again & recommend "

"Location very good, needs upgrading, the full English breakfast was greasy, tinned and poor quality. The toast, coffee, tea and juice were ok. Had scrambled eggs, on the second day and they were very nice. The bedrooms and bathroom were very small and had to fill the bath with the shower head. The Reception staff we’re not very helpful apart from the Australian / Kiwi lady who was amazing, and very helpful and could give us all the information we needed!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful two-day stay at the Hyatt Heathrow. We arrived quite late on quite a chilly evening and were concerned about the room feeling drafty. We called reception, and Masani answered. He went above and beyond to ensure the room was warm and comfortable, even preparing it before our arrival. From start to finish, the staff provided a warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean, and the shower temperature/pressure was perfect. A highlight for us was the amazing view of planes flying past our window. A huge thank you to Masani for going the extra mile! We’re already looking forward to our next stay!"

"We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. The Cumberland is a great choice when visiting London especially if you are traveling with your kids. We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean. The bathroom was amazing with modern decor and so warm! Honestly the best shower on our 2 week trip! It is a big hotel, but with real processes and trained staff in place to accommodate guests. There is such a great energy and vibe one feels as soon as you enter the property which was amazing and fun. Superb bar and nightly entertainment on lobby floor, amazing gym and conveniences to get food any hour of the night. Good security and the facilities are so updated and clean. This is an ideal location very close to Hyde Park and major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff for your next trip to London "
