"Facilities very good, location requires some getting used to as sited on a hillside and buggies are needed to move aroúnd the hotel grounds. Service is the Achilles heel - understaffed in certain areas (eg Main Bar, Beach area) means long delays and cause of frustration."

"Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. My only issue was that the room was very small and more suitable for one person, not two. Otherwise, an excellent option. Private parking as well which we appreciated."

"Beautiful resort with super friendly and helpful staff. The water park looks amazing for kids (and adults too). Plenty of areas for adults to relax too. Only improvement is Netflix needs to be added to the TVs in bedrooms, the existing selection of mainly news channels is awful "
