"I was a very nice room over all. Very nice 24/7 access gym! The shower had liquid soaps, shampoo and conditioner mounted! Very convenient I usually get handicap access shower for comfort but it just had a built in seat and not a smooth transition I’ve had in other nice hotels. The bed was very comfortable The tv turned on once an hour all night long, kept us up, we addressed it up front and they “didn’t know it was still doing that” There was duct tape by some spots on the window frames,...

"Great housekeeping. Good location, convenient to interstate"

"Housekeeping only came once in 11 days. Had to call every time I needed something. Not a huge deal to us, but could be for others. Most dishes were dirty (but put away), and shampoo/conditioner was empty when we arrived. Shower door wouldn't open and bathroom door handle broken. All these things were addressed quickly, though. The staff was very kind and willing to help immediately. Definitely made up for the issues. "

"This is a very nice hotel, we had some trouble during check in the card wouldn’t work 2 times for the parking garage, the third time they got it straightened out. They have a very nice gathering area and the restaurant and room service as excellent "

"Fantastic property. Loved our room with ceiling to floor windows and a view of the river. Great to have laundry facilities and the walking path was right next door. Great service and coffee!"
