"We loved everything!"

"We had a wonderful vacation with family and friends. The facility had many events for all ages: the Rui Party at the sister hotel - Santa Fe - for the younger more energetic people, fitness and sun games round the one pool or a quiet more relaxed atmosphere at the other, lots of food and drink choices. All the staff were friendly and the service was great. The hotel was bright and cheerful with lots of flowering plants and shade trees. I will go back to this resort. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and the service was great. Food was good. Drinks too! I am never happy that by the time you get to the pool at 9am - 85% of the chairs have towels laying on them. But, that seems to be everywhere... We also visited the 2 sister properties next door. The Palace seemed to be the quietest property -even though there were some children at the property. But - it was the end of January and most kids are in school...."

"Hotel was clean, convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool areas were busy but great. Water slide area for kids was fun. We spent most of our time at the beach which also had activities like volleyball. Food was good and a lot of choices. End of trip area was very much appreciated after checkout so you could still enjoy the resort before your departure from the hotel. "

"Had a wonderful week. Felt very well taken care of. Safe area, walkable. We stayed in a room overlooking the marina which is louder but we enjoy watching the boats come in and out and could see the dolphin show from our room. "
